Building 22:26

Building D is a manifesto for healthy buildings. This fully recyclable building promotes the circular economy while offering its users a healthy working environment with maximum comfort.

The building ensures a pleasant indoor climate – without the need for traditional heating or air conditioning.

It uses the heat generated by people, devices and light. This heat is stored in the building and distributed by a clever control system. Sensors automatically regulate temperature, humidity and fresh air to ensure you feel comfortable at all times.

All highlights at a glance:

  • Intelligent architecture with heat storage, smart ventilation system and photovoltaics
  • High energy efficiency and low emissions thanks to natural climate control
  • Low-maintenance construction with minimal technology
  • Healthy, efficient workspaces with natural, high-quality materials
  • Plenty of daylight thanks to rooms over 3 metres high and green outdoor areas for well-being
  • Data-based continuous monitoring of temperature, energy consumption, CO2 levels, etc.

«The house presents one of the most convincing concepts for sustainable construction and at the same time offers its users a level of comfort that I have rarely experienced in any other building.»
