The new Sector D is a manifesto of a “Healthy Building”, the completely recyclable building appeals to the circular economy and at the same time offers its users a healthy working environment with maximum comfort.

The focus is on people, as the building is designed with their well-being in mind. Together with appliances and lighting, the users serve as a source of heat, which the clever architecture with its solid structure and thermal storage capacity makes clever use of. The intelligent building control system automatically regulates the temperature, CO2 content and humidity via ventilation flaps, so the building manages without conventional heating, ventilation and cooling.

  • Efficiency-enhancing and health-promoting workspaces
  • Reduced greenhouse gas emissions during operation
without central heating, ventilation and cooling
  • High energy efficiency in operation
through natural & intelligent climate control
  • renewable energy
from photovoltaic systems on the roof
  • intelligent climate architecture
with thermal storage mass, insulation and optimized materials
  • natural cooling and heating
sensor-controlled ventilation blades; waste heat from the people present, technical devices and lighting
  • smart & natural ventilation system
through sensor measurement in every room
  • natural, high-quality materials
health-promoting, pollutant-free, breathable, easy to clean
  • Daylight optimization
due to clear room heights of more than 3m
  • High quality outdoor living
thanks to roof terraces and green areas
  • Low maintenance
thanks to clear architecture and minimal building technology
  • Data availability
through continuous monitoring of temperature, energy consumption, CO2 values, etc.

«The building presents one of the most convincing concepts for sustainable construction and at the same time offers its users a level of comfort that I have hardly experienced in any other building.»
